Our Findings

It is when you work close to your true nature that you are more motivated, more efficient and therefore more likely to excel. Every human being is more fulfilled when he is in tune with his values.

However, our behaviour and peculiar way of working are not necessarily in perfect sync with the requirements of the position that we are currently occupying. What if this year ,we give ourselves  the means of knowing our true needs, our peculiar talents and drivers?

As life will have it, we do not always choose our job based on these factors (our needs, our talents and our drivers) but based more  on our models(parents),our education(teachers, tutors),our certificates or also our acquaintances(friends and mates) and sometimes only out of necessity. If in our first professional years ,this lag (discovery, novelty) does not bother us ,over time this becomes  burdensome on a daily basis (monotony takes the better of us).

The Context

In an environment where it is more and more obvious that we will work longer than our parents and that notwithstanding beyond 45  years the job market is not lenient towards us considering us as less performing, aligning our needs, talents and drivers with our position is a necessity. That is the only way we will continue to perform over time and strive towards excellence.

Program Content

A support program in 7 stages:
1) Learn to know myself
2) Link project  and employability or project and feasibilty
3) Identify my employability or transform my project and objectives into  « SMART » ones
4) Present myself in a different manner in 3 sentences
5) Succed in my recruitment interviews or/and meetings with my partners
6) Adopt the behavior and attitude of the persuasive candidate
7) Pilot and follow up
